Monday

 

10:00-11 a.m. Vinyasa Flow with Leah

This class will focus on working through traditional postures by matching breath to movement throughout the whole practice. We will start with slow centering techniques, including stress release and intention-setting, in order to get the most out of the practice and carry the benefit throughout the rest of our day/week. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, and modifications will be explained to allow for decreasing or increasing levels of practice. You will leave feeling both relaxed and recharged!

 

12:10-12:50 p.m. Lunch Time Yoga with Leah

Put away that to-do list and squeeze in a little time for yourself! Whether you are on lunch break or just have a few minutes time to spare, join this shortened 40-minute Lunch Time Yoga class. We will focus on centering, breath control and gentle stretching and flow to get you energized and ready to finish your day. Suitable for all skill levels.

 

4:30-5:30 p.m. Open Flow with Rachel

This class will focus on working through traditional postures by matching breath to movement throughout the whole practice. Tuesday

8:30-9:30 a.m. Yoga Mix with DeAnna

This gentle class may vary each time and will explore a mix of stretching and moving the body gently through yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), use of props (such as bolsters and straps), yin/restorative (for relaxation and healing) and mediation. We will use low lights, music and essential oils for a renewing experience. This class is suitable for all skill levels.

Put away that to-do list and squeeze in a little time for yourself! Whether you are on lunch break or just have a few minutes time to spare, join this shortened 40-minute Lunch Time Yoga class. 4:30-5:30 p.m. Open Flow with Allison

Open Flow will incorporate mindfulness, breathing techniques and vinyasa sequences that seamlessly flow together to increase flexibility and stamina.  Fundamental yoga postures and creative variations will be used to open, strengthen and restore your body and mind.  Modifications and variations will be available in this class to make it beneficial for the yoga newbie as well as invigorating for the more experienced student.  Class will always end with cool down stretching and savasana to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed!

6:00-7:00 p.m. Young Yogis (ages 8-15) with DeAnna

This class is geared towards kids ages 8-15 and will help build flexibility, strength and mindfulness through flowing postures, yoga games and meditation. Breathing exercises will help center the mind and aid in concentration, focus and self-confidence. Partner and group activities and games will be used. Please bring a mat and a bottle of water. Young Yogis will meet the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month starting in February.

 

6:00-7:00 p.m. Mindful Slow Flow with Clay

         Focusing on breath, alignment of bones, and core strength.  Students will be taken through a slow, mindful practice.  Setting an intent, utilizing pranayama (breath work), core work, and holding poses, students will build strength, body awareness, improve posture, and flexibility.  Finishing the class in a relaxing and rejuvenating savasana.  Students will build strength in the mind, body, and soul. Utilizing modifications and adjustments when needed, making the class suitable for beginners to advanced students!

Wednesday

Utilizing modifications and adjustments when needed, making the class suitable for beginners to advanced students!

5:30-6:30 a.m. Early Morning Flow with Allison

Get started early with a morning flow to to prepare you for the day ahead!  We will begin with centering, intention setting and gentle stretches to awaken our mind and body.  Then we will use fundamental yoga postures and creative variations in vinyasa sequences to open and strengthen the body and increase flexibility and stamina. This class is suitable for all fitness levels using variations and modifications.  We will end with cool down stretching and a relaxing savasana to leave you feeling revived and ready to take on the day.

4:30-5:30 p.m. Yin + Meditation with Rachel

Come try out our NEW Yin / Meditation class! It is the PERFECT way to wind down your week and prepare for your weekend! Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses held for up to five minutes that mainly work the lower part of the body: the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. Meditation is simply stillness, and we will practice different kinds of meditation: silent, guided imagery, reflective, chakra, etc. From time to time, we may also practice some yoga nidra and restorative yoga in order to round out our practice.

 

Saturday

Sunday

7:00-8:00 p.m. Restorative/Nidra, with rotating instructors

Restorative Yoga is a form of active rest in which the mind, body, and spirit are given the time and space to renew, recharge, and restore.  It is a practice unlike traditional yoga classes in that it centers on slowing down, centering, and opening through passive stretching.  We practice stillness and very gentle movement for extended periods of time throughout the practice, focusing on fully supported poses that are each held for 5-7 minutes.  At the end of class, we will practice a short Yoga Nidra, a form of yogic sleep, in order to gain the most benefit from savasana and feel rested and refreshed to close out the weekend and prepare for the work week ahead.

UPCOMING KARMA (FREE) EVENTS

Yoga OFF the Square: Saturdays 9 am

Join rotating One Soul Instructors and other yoga instructors from around the area in this free off-season practice at the studio. This runs every Saturday through the end of February and then will meet again on the square.

Yoga ON the Square returns outside in downtown Celebration Plaza every Saturday at 9 am starting on March 21. Everyone is welcome!

Yoga ON and OFF the Square is led by One Soul instructors and yoga instructors from the community.

Full Moon Flow & Meditation Monday, March 9
