Sunday

7:00-8:00 p.m. Restorative/Nidra, with rotating instructors

Restorative Yoga is a form of active rest in which the mind, body, and spirit are given the time and space to renew, recharge, and restore.  It is a practice unlike traditional yoga classes in that it centers on slowing down, centering, and opening through passive stretching.  We practice stillness and very gentle movement for extended periods of time throughout the practice, focusing on fully supported poses that are each held for 5-7 minutes.  At the end of class, we will practice a short Yoga Nidra, a form of yogic sleep, in order to gain the most benefit from savasana and feel rested and refreshed to close out the weekend and prepare for the work week ahead.

set up your 2020 vision (see what i did there?) along side others ready and willing to drop self-limiting beliefs and grow into YOUR SOUL'S PURPOSE!

just bring a journal, pen and open mind & heart and you will leave with:

*a LAUGHABLY SIMPLE goal to get you started
*a CLEAR definition of what SUCCESS looks like to you
*confirmed point of ACCOUNTABILITY to keep you on track
*a renewed COMMITMENT to YOU

.....and so much more
$55 investment in YOU
