It is recommended that you sign up online for an account and to purchase your pass and register for classes from our Classes page. However, if that is not possible, please arrive a few minutes before class time to fill out paperwork. All sales of drop ins, punch cards and passes are final unless One Soul cancels. No refunds. ONE SOUL POLICIES
BOOKING:
One Soul does not require any student to book a regularly scheduled class in advance, but it is highly encouraged. Doing so will allow us to contact you should any last minute changes to the schedule occur. Our class space is first come, first serve and if a class is full, spaces are given to those who book online first.
Many of our special events, special classes, pop-ups, retreats and other events do require booking in advance. Please refer to class descriptions on our website regarding booking policies on individual special events.

LATE CANCELATIONS & NO SHOWS
Punch Cards & Drop Ins:
There is no added fee for canceling or no-shows. However, if you book a class in advance and can no longer make it, please cancel using the Momoyoga app or by logging into your account. You can cancel up to one hour before a class begins. If you do not cancel in that window, you are considered a no-show and the class will be forfeited for future use. If you do cancel within the window, the class will remain on your punch card for future use or if you booked a drop-in, you will have 7 days to use that class credit.

In general, there are no refunds when canceling or no-showing for special events, special classes or retreats. Please refer to class descriptions on our website regarding policies on individual special events.
We know there are extenuating circumstances that come up that may prevent you from canceling ahead of time. If that happens, we encourage you to reach out to us.

LOCKED DOOR POLICY
For the safety of our yogis and instructors, One Soul has adopted a locked door policy during all class times. It is very difficult to monitor who is coming in and out of the door while we are in class. We want to keep everyone (and belongings) safe. Door will lock approximately 5 minutes after the start of class. If you arrive after the door is locked, please come back next time. Please check class start times carefully and plan on arriving at few minutes early.
