The 200-hour YTT curriculum at One Soul Yoga is approved and meets the elevated standards set forth by Yoga Alliance. While challenging, this certification training is rewarding—inspiring you to not only learn more about yoga, but learn more about yourself in the process.


We focus on yoga practice that uses trauma-sensitive language and follows the eight limbs of yoga. Our practice balances alignment, controlled breath and movement and can be modified based on a student’s skill level or needs.

This course will help you deepen your knowledge of the ancient teachings while combining the needs of modern-day classes and students. We encourage our YTT students to immerse themselves into the training in order to develop confidence and bring their own voice and style to the mat.

Whether you have plans to teach yoga or are simply taking this course to deepen your own knowledge to improve your own practice, you are right where you are supposed to be!

Saturday, December 10 from 1-9 pm

Join One Soul for a one-day mini-retreat. The day is set aside for Release and Reset. Release and clear away what didn’t serve you in 2022 and reset and make space for the New Year. We will end the evening with a fire circle complete with s’mores and wine. All levels are welcome to this mini retreat as we reflect on the past year, find gratitude in what we have learned, and create space in our bodies and mind to enter the new year with a clear mind and open heart.

Join us as we dive into the spiritual awakening practice of Kundalini yoga. We will work through gentle stretching and repetitive movements to open our chakra system. We will combine Western and Eastern methodologies to have a unique session. See you on the mat! Class is $10 for drop ins or included with the pass or punch card.

Join Leah on Wednesday, December 7 at 8:00pm for our monthly full moon flow to welcome in this month's Full Moon. We'll discuss the meaning and significances of this month's full moon, practice chandra namaskar (moon salutations) together, enjoy savasana with moon meditation, and end the evening with a burning ritual to release what no longer serves us.

The holidays are here and if you need to find some peace and quiet on your mat, join DeAnna on December 20 for Holiday Cookies & Candlelight. This will be our traditional Candlelight Flow class with a holiday twist. Settle in with some cookies and hot chocolate and enjoy a gentle flow to get you grounded, centered and rejuvenated for the busy days ahead. Wear your favorite holiday PJS or sweater.

Wednesday, December 21 from 6:00-7:30  pm with Leah & DeAnna

Join Leah and DeAnna for a special Winter Solstice and New Moon class Yuletide Yin & Yoga Nidra on Wednesday, December 21 from 6:00-7:30 pm. As a special treat, Leah and DeAnna will team up to offer you a class to help you through the holiday season. Yin Yoga utilizes asanas (postures) that are held for a longer period of time in a passive stretch to help soften and stretch deep layers of tissue. The yin practice will be followed by a 30-minute Yoga Nidra session where you will be guided through a body scan and meditation to find a blissful, relaxed state. This class will include your choice of homemade holiday drink.
Cost is $15 for drop ins or $5 for those with punch cards or passes.

This class will take the place of Open Flow that evening.

Tuesday, December 27 from 8:00-9:15 pm w/ DeAnna

The holidays are closing down and it’s time to relax! Join DeAnna on Tuesday, 12/27 for a special Holiday Wine Down Sound Bath.

We will start out with a glass of wine then move to a brief meditation followed by a full sound bath using the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and ocean drum. A sound bath helps heal on a vibrational level that induces a deeper state of relaxation. We will end in savasana bowls to help you “wine down” from the busy holiday season.

Don’t drink wine? No worries--we will have an alternative for you!
Cost $20 or $10 for those with punch card or pass.

Sunday, January 1 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm w/ DeAnna

Start 2023 with a mindful yoga practice that will help you release 2022 with gratitude and step into 2023 with unending possibilities. Align your mind, body and soul with a new intention as you embrace the new year. This practice will include meditation, intention setting and a yoga flow that includes a series of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation).

Learn what yoga is, how yoga can benefit you and how to start and continue a regular yoga practice.

Cost: $50 for workshop only

Beginner Class Series:

Mondays in January (2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th from 6-7 pm with Rachel

Weekly practice to help you ease into a yoga routine using commonly used asanas (poses), breathwork and variations.

Cost: $65 for class series only

March 27 & April 3, 10, 17, 24 6:00-8:00 pm with Rachel

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a seminal book for understanding our own stories and our interactions with others within a society at large, within communities, and within families. Diaz's book focuses on four "agreements" that we make with ourselves in order to interact in judgement-free, blame-free, positive, constructive ways. For many people, this book is life-changing and liberating.

Rachel will lead a five-week book study series The Four Agreements in the spring with an introductory week and a weekly discussion on each of the four agreements. Cost for this series will include a copy of the book, five-week discussion, light snacks, followed by a 30-minute yoga practice each of the five weeks.

$65, advanced registration required by March 20
