Join us September 11 and 12 at One Soul for the Art & Soul Retreat.

No art or yoga experience necessary to join this ladies-only retreat—just a desire to dig deeper into your creative and expressive side. Healing the mind, body and soul through intuitive art, meditation and movement.

Scheduled activities include:

Mixed media affirmation cards project

Lunch on Saturday provided by Plain & Fancy Sandwich Shoppe. Dinner on Saturday provided by Tierra del Sol.

Early bird pricing through July 31 is $175/person. Price goes up to $200 August 1. Space is limited.

POP UP CLASS:
YOGA & BREATH WORK

Meet Libby: Libby is currently in 200-hour yoga teacher training and will teach a few classes to help her get her Karma teaching hours to complete her training. Libby is offering a Pop Up class on Monday, July 26.

Using proper breath work during yoga can help improve your practice and help your lungs, posture, blood pressure and can help reduce stress and anxiety. Pranayama (breath control) is a basic of yoga. Join Libby as she explores proper breath work techniques for use during yoga practice.

CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND BATH

Join DeAnna on Thursday, July 29 at 8 pm for a soothing and relaxing crystal bowl and gong meditation sound bath. These instruments create a range of sounds and vibrations which help heal and calm the mind and body. This form of sound therapy is a beautiful way to lull you into a relaxed state of Zen.

AUGUST THEMED THURSDAYS

Get ready for some movement, music, and fun in this mixed level class!

Each week will be a different type of class with a different instructor! Most explore a well-balanced flow with stretching, bending and breathing. A range of options and modifications will be offered to make this classes largely accessible.

TRAUMA YOGA

Join Leah on 8/2 (subbing for Rachel) at 4:45 pm for a one-hour Trauma Informed Yoga class. Trauma yoga offers a safe space which allows you to activate areas of your body where you may be “holding” trauma. Releasing trauma from the body aids in overall healing from whatever emotional or physical trauma caused the initial wound.

POP UP CLASS: ECSTATIC DANCE

Libby will be guiding an Ecstatic Dance session on Monday, Aug. 9 from 7-8 pm.

Ecstatic dance is a method of using rhythm and body movements to access the Dancer within and achieve a trance state that frees the mind and body. It is a form of moving meditation that relieves stress and helps to remove limiting feelings of self-consciousness. Participants often experience a state of bliss and relaxation in a safe space free from judgement and self-analysis. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water if desired.
