Saturday 5/1: full day of yoga, workshops, activities & three meals, wine with dinner.
Sunday 5/2: half day of yoga/workshops, breakfast & mimosas.

**Ladies may stay the night at the studio on Saturday at no charge.

POP UP CLASS!
FACE & PHALANGES FLOW
Monday, March 8
In this three-point yoga class, we will target the “3 Fs”—the face, fingers and feet. Face yoga targets the tiny muscles in the face to help stretch and tone areas that are prone to aging. Finger and hand and feet and toe yoga will work the joints located in those areas to help reduce injury, loosen stiff joints and to help strengthen, stretch and get circulation flowing. This is a great class for all levels.
Led by DeAnna & Leah.
This class is included with all monthly passes/punch cards.
YOGA POSE ALIGNMENT & INJURY PREVENTION WORKSHOP
Saturday, March 20
10:00 am-12:00 pm
In this workshop we will look at several common yoga poses, and common injuries from misalignment in the poses. We will build your pose from the ground up to help prevent injuries in yoga.
We will also break down any poses you request.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced
Price: $40, advanced registration highly recommended
