Private Tuning Fork Sesssion Cancellation Policy

 

Sessions are booked and paid in advance and cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the time to inform the waitlist of any availability as well as keeping the schedule filled.

 

You have 30 days reschedule your session to another date/time that is more convenient for you.

 

We understand that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration or have a last-minute emergency, please contact us directly to discuss.
